The Skiclub Kandersteg usually holds ski jumping training sessions on Wednesdays from 15:30 to approx. 18:00 and on Saturdays from 9:30 to 11:30 in the Swisscom Nordic Arena. One or two training camps per year and participation in the national competition series "Helvetia Nordic Trophy" complete the programme.
We are a wild, sympathetic group with a lot of solidarity. If you are at least six years old and like to ride your skis fearlessly fast and love small hills, you are very welcome to do a free trial training with us. Bring your best friend and your siblings with you. You will be thrilled - and so will your parents!
Ski-jumping boots, skis and ski jumping gear are provided by the Skiclub Kandersteg for a small rental fee.
The Swisscom Nordic Arena supports ski clubs for trial training sessions or in setting up their own ski jumping department. Ski jump skis and ski jump boots can be used for a small rental fee. The Swisscom Nordic Arena has access to a pool of trained JO coaches.
Public competitions for children are held regularly on the Famigros ski jump HS15. Previous knowledge is not required. The dates will be published on the website www.kinderskispringen.ch.
